I am an associate counsellor, awaiting registration. I have recently obtained a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Adler University. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia and I am currently in the process of receiving registration. I also have vast experience within areas of the mental health field.
I have helped individuals navigate and overcome the challenges of depression, anxiety, stress, anger, past or recent trauma, low self-esteem and life transitions. I offer goal-oriented counselling services to children, youth and adults.
