I believe in the healing power of the therapeutic alliance and the innate capacity of every human being to heal and grow when provided the right support and opportunity. When we are given a chance to tell our story in the context of an empathic and non-judgmental relationship—healing can begin. Let’s start your journey!

I would be honoured to bear witness to your story and believe that through a strong, empathic, and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship, you will rise. My hope is to provide a safe space where you will feel cared for and heard.

My belief in the counselling process has been encouraged through my own positive personal experiences with counselling. Many of us experience times in our lives when we are faced with challenges, transitions, fears, loss, or decisions that may feel impossible to face alone. Counselling can help to navigate these difficult experiences, provide resources and tools to help you to heal and grow and be redeemed into happier, healthier more productive versions of yourself. Some of the challenges counselling can help you navigate are:

    • parenting struggles
    • grief and loss
    • relationship issues
    • mental health challenges such as anxiety or depression
    • big life transitions
    • stress
    • emotion regulation

I work with youth, individuals, and couples. My approach is holistic, person centered, trauma informed, and strengths based. I also use mindfulness and experiential techniques as well as evidence-based strategies from cognitive behaviour therapy.

I love yoga, beaches, chocolate, and summertime. I am an avid dog lover and believe in the therapeutic capacity of our furry friends. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey to wellness.
