I am a certified clinical counsellor committed to offering a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, respected, and understood. My approach is grounded in person-centred therapy, which means I believe in working alongside you at your pace as you explore whatever it is that brings you to counselling.
I’m deeply empathetic and bring a calm, down-to-earth presence to my work. Before becoming a counsellor, I spent several years supporting people experiencing homelessness, addiction, and complex trauma. That time had a profound impact on me, teaching me the importance of compassion, resilience, and meeting people exactly where they are. These values continue to guide my practice today.
I work with people of all ages, but I have a particular interest in supporting teenagers and young adults. I understand how overwhelming and isolating those years can feel, especially when navigating identity, relationships, school pressure, or mental health challenges. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, low self-worth, family dynamics, or simply need someone to talk to—I’m here to help you feel less alone.
Outside of counselling, I’m someone who values honesty, humour, and the strength that comes from human connection. I believe that healing starts with feeling truly seen—and that’s what I aim to offer each person I work with.
