Whether you are grieving a loss, feeling overwhelmed by anger, stuck in relationship stress, or adjusting to a major life change, counselling offers space to pause, reflect, and begin to move forward.
I work with individuals who are navigating periods of uncertainty, when life feels heavier, more complicated, or simply not what they expected. These moments often stir up intense emotions such as grief, anger, guilt, shame, or deep confusion about identity and direction. Together, we will slow things down and explore what is really going on beneath the surface, including emotional patterns and life experiences that may be keeping you stuck.
Common Experiences I Support
- Grieving the loss of a loved one or the life you envisioned
- Navigating career changes, burnout, or feeling directionless
- Relationship breakdowns, divorce, or separation
- Starting over in a new role, stage of life, or marriage
My counselling style is warm, client-centred, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to your needs, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Lifespan Integration (LI).
Lifespan Integration is a gentle, neuroscience-informed therapy that helps process and integrate difficult experiences by reconnecting your present self with positive resources from your past. This approach supports emotional regulation, healing from trauma and attachment wounds, and creating a more cohesive sense of self. LI can be particularly effective for individuals who feel emotionally stuck or burdened by unresolved life events.
I hold a Master of Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University and am licensed through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) as a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC).

A Little More About Me
Outside of the counselling room, I find peace in nature and joy in the company of animals. Their calm presence and quiet companionship remind me of the kind of support I aim to offer in therapy. I chose this work because I care deeply about helping people feel less alone during difficult times. I am grateful to do this work every day.
If you are feeling emotionally stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about your next step, you are not alone. You do not have to navigate it all by yourself. I would be honoured to support you.
