My passion revolves around helping my clients find their direction in life. I can help all clients at any stage of their lifecycle deal with the difficult issues they face.
I am experienced working with clients dealing with:

In addition, I am particularly proficient in helping youth and young adults navigate their modern-day difficulties. Life transitions, family structure changes, and grief are also areas where clients can find relief through our work together.
I completed my masters through Yorkville University and I am registered both the BCACC and the CCPA. In addition, I am a licensed teacher in both Ontario and BC which makes me all the more sensitive to the needs to youth and young adults. I have been working in private practice since 2018. I also spent years overseas teaching which makes me sensitive to having an inclusive and multicultural practice.

My approach is versatile and dynamic where I use a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and other interventions as the client requires. In addition, I have completed the Level 1 Observed and Experiential Integration (OEI) Therapy workshop so have skills to help clients wot work through complex trauma. Through this eclectic approach, I give my clients the tools counselling can provide which clients can apply to provide solutions in their daily lives.
