Taking the step to seek therapy is a courageous and commendable choice, reflecting your commitment to personal growth and well-being.
In our sessions, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel respected and understood. Together, we’ll explore your unique strengths and experiences, allowing you to uncover solutions that resonate with your goals. My aim is to empower you to navigate challenges with confidence and to cultivate lasting change in your life.
Building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust and collaboration is at the heart of my practice. I’m here to listen, support, and walk alongside you on your journey toward wellness. Whether you’re facing specific challenges or seeking personal growth, I look forward to partnering with you to help you achieve your aspirations. Let’s embark on this journey together!
I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Counselling Psychology with the goal of becoming a specialized high conflict and play therapist.
Prior to beginning my graduate journey, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in health science with two interdisciplinary diplomas in Nuclear Medicine and Magnetic Resonance Technology. I have worked as a Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist at Richmond General and BC Children’s for the past few years. This role has afforded me the opportunity to be part of multidisciplinary care teams specializing in
autoimmune disorders, cancer, and chronic illnesses. Through this experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the importance of a therapeutic presence in providing compassionate care to vulnerable individuals and their families in all stages of their healing journey.
Outside of therapy sessions, I love spending quality moments with family and friends, often bonding over cooking delicious meals. I also enjoy exploring the outdoors with my Aussiedoodle, Link, who brings joy and adventure to our walks together.
