I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and licensed with the BCACC with an RCC designation. I am also registered with the CCPA and have a CCC designation. I am a member of the BC Chapter of the Association of Family Conciliation Courts.
Additionally, I am registered as a counsellor with the Crime Victim Assistance Program and have further training and certification in Trauma-Focused CBT to be able to help those who have symptoms of posttraumatic stress disorder, fear, anxiety, or depression, related to traumatic life events.

Many people come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and feeling stuck, unsure how to move forward. You may be exploring your neurodivergence, navigating a major life transition, or simply wanting to feel more grounded, hopeful, and connected to the people you love. My counselling space is warm, calm, and designed to feel safe. It’s a cozy place where we slow down, connect and build your more hope-filled future.
I draw from positive psychology and a strengths-based approach. Together we set real world goals, track progress, and build the resilience and skills needed to navigate life more confidently. My work integrates nervous-system regulation, somatic therapy, movement and breathwork, trauma-informed practice, and DBT skills, alongside practical cognitive and behavioural strategies. I believe problems are roadblocks, not identities. Most people are far more capable and resource-rich than they realize.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with a BA in Counselling from Providence University College and an MA in Counselling from Kairos University. I am completing a post-graduate certificate in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. My additional certifications include trauma therapy, anxiety treatment, grief support, and training as a Grief Movement Coach. My practice is Indigenous-informed, shaped in part by training through NAIITS: An Indigenous Learning Community, where I studied Indigenous Theology within an integrative learning pathway.
My ideal clients are adults (18–80) who are curious, thoughtful, and ready for change. Many identify as neurodivergent, or are exploring whether they might be, and are seeking support for spiraling thoughts, anxiety, shame, family communication, and understanding their own neurotype. I have a special interest in supporting retiring professionals who are navigating identity shifts and building a values-driven life after decades of career focused activity.
I also work extensively with creatives, drawing from 25 years as a painter, photographer, and filmmaker. I help artists, musicians, writers, and other creative professionals transform trauma, loss, and life transitions into meaningful artistic expression and renewed creative momentum.
My personal path informs the work I do. Trauma counselling helped me rebuild a life I thought I had lost, and grief therapy was essential after the neonatal loss of my second child. I know the power of this work because I have lived it. My practice is grounded in curiosity, humour, and a sense of transcendence, helping clients reconnect to what matters most.
