CROSSROADS COLLECTIVE
our clinic
LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF RUTLAND IN KELOWNA
Crossroads Collective is in the neighbourhood of Rutland in Kelowna, British Columbia. Our office is located at 146 Gray Road. We have four convenient parking spots in front of the office. Please wait in your car and we will come outside and greet you for your session. Due to safety we keep our doors locked between sessions. If the doors are locked please do not knock on the door as it will be distracting to other clients in their sessions.
We have multiple counselling rooms and one room for our Holistic Healing services. We provide both in-person sessions and online, virtual sessions with practitioners from both Kelowna and Langley office.

Stacey Zimmerman
Assistant Clinical Director
As an Assistant Clinical Director (ACD) at Crossroads Collective one part of my role is to support our Clinical Director with the day-to-day operations of the clinic. This often includes answering emails, having one-one conversations, assessing situations while offering insight and perspective to possible solutions and being present and approachable in the clinic. My office door is always open, when I am not in client sessions, to answer questions and offer support to associates and admin staff in whatever ways they may need. A unique function of my role is to care for our counsellors and ensure that they have what they need to be able to offer the best therapeutic care to their clients. It is truly an honour to be able to function in this role and to support the Clinical Director with all that is needed. I continue to always learn and grow and desire to always remain teachable while becoming an effective counsellor and Assistant Clinical Director.
