    What if I’m at a higher risk of breaking down or feeling totally overwhelmed?

    If you’re feeling at a higher risk of emotional distress or like you’re barely holding it together, you’re not alone, and there is support. While we are not a crisis support centre, our clinical counselors offer support in session and guide you toward long-term strategies to help reduce stress and regain a sense of balance.

    Is this the right place for emergency help or crisis care?

    Crossroads Collective provides counseling therapy, but we are not an emergency service. If you or someone you know is in crisis or in danger, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Once you’re safe, we’re here to support you in ongoing recovery and healing. You can also call the Crisis line to speak to someone 24/7.  

    Can a child or teen receive stress counseling here?

    Yes. We offer counseling for children and teens who may be struggling with school stress, anxiety, depression, family changes, or emotional overwhelm. Our child and youth therapists use age-appropriate strategies like play-based therapy or art therapy to help kids feel comfortable and understood.

    How do I know if my child needs counseling for stress?

    If your child seems more withdrawn, overwhelmed, or angry, or is having trouble sleeping or focusing, they may be experiencing stress that’s hard to manage alone.
