Where Health Meets Wellness
The health of our clients is our first priority. At Crossroads Collective in Kelowna and Langley, you’ll find the best care through multiple therapeutic services. The aim is to heal your body and help you and your family achieve mental health wellness all at one location. We’re the Kelowna counselling centre you can trust.
Crossroads is built on four pillars: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Our logo represents these four pillars and the essence of our business is to meet at the Crossroads of all four pillars of our health. This intersection represents our holistic approach and lays the foundation for the various modalities we encourage and use in helping our clients to achieve optimal health.
We are proud to offer the following services at our Kelowna Counselling Clinic:

Marianne Cottingham, MA, BHSc
Marianne works with people who desire to get themselves “unstuck” from their current situations and better themselves. Her expertise extends to working with court-involved clients and families to ensure the best outcomes in these situations. She approaches clients with various psychoeducation interventions and different ideas, perspectives, and modalities. She then challenges them to think critically about how these may fit in and assist them in reaching their goals.
During her research on high conflict separation and divorce, Marianne was most surprised that parents often do not believe the professionals or the research when we explain how their actions and behaviours are damaging their children. Her efforts to inform her clients helps them create new modes of living and helps them to adapt.
As Crossroads clinical director, Marianne is a lifelong learner and continues to add to her skills set. Yet, she is also aware that therapists can’t know everything. However, she attends multiple conferences and continuing education opportunities in-person and online every year, primarily focused on court-involved work.
Read our July Newsletter where Marianne is interviewed about her role and why she is so committed to helping families through her dedicated Team of counsellors on the High Conflict Team.

Assistant Clinical Director
As an Assistant Clinical Director (ACD) at Crossroads Collective one part of my role is to support our Clinical Director with the day-to-day operations of the clinic. This often includes answering emails, having one-one conversations, assessing situations while offering insight and perspective to possible solutions and being present and approachable in the clinic. My office door is always open, when I am not in client sessions, to answer questions and offer support to associates and admin staff in whatever ways they may need. A unique function of my role is to care for our counsellors and ensure that they have what they need to be able to offer the best therapeutic care to their clients. It is truly an honour to be able to function in this role and to support the Clinical Director with all that is needed. I continue to always learn and grow and desire to always remain teachable while becoming an effective counsellor and Assistant Clinical Director.
