I hold a gentle, inclusive, and non-judgemental space for you to release and process. I support individuals who find themselves stuck and seek to uncover how they can move through, and ultimately out of, their current pain.
As an integrative counsellor, I’ll collaborate with you to explore what’s affecting your current life and discover what would be helpful to you to move beyond difficult, and often painful, experiences using a variety of therapeutic techniques. We are all so unique, and so too will your healing journey be unique to you.
Starting the path to healing can be daunting which is why I strive to create a warm and safe place for you to lay down your burden without fear of judgement. I’ll walk beside you as you begin the journey of healing, exploring, and (re)discovering your Self to a stronger, calmer, empowered You.
I am a Registered Professional Counsellor Candidate with the Canadian Professional Counsellor’s Association (CPCA license # 4417), and work under the supervision of approved senior counsellors whilst I accumulate the hours to full designation.
