CROSSROADS COLLECTIVE
our clinic
LOCATED IN THE HEART OF LANGLEY
Crossroads Collective is located inside the ME Plaza in downtown Langley, British Columbia. Our main office is located at 20230 Fraser Hwy and that includes our reception and counselling offices. We have multiple counselling rooms for both in-person counselling and online, virtual counselling.
Every room in our collective clinic is soundproof.
We have counselling rooms spaning the whole top floor of the ME Plaza. Our main reception area is located up the stairs from the front entrance off Fraser Hwy, along with counselling offices and our play therapy rooms dedicated to child/youth and play therapy.
We have counselling rooms located in Suite #214, as well as a room dedicated to massage therapy. This is where we offer counselling sessions both in-person and virtually from the comfort of your own home. This is also where our massage therapy takes place.
Our third suite, #211, is where our family counselling happens. From behavioural intervention, couples counselling workshops, cognitive behaviour therapy, family systems therapy and group family counselling. This space is where your family can come and feel safe and work through things together.
Our final and fourth suite is #210, our multipurpose room. This is our group therapy room, music therapy room, and our children’s play therapy space. We love this multipurpose room for the freedom and space it gives our associates and our clients!

Stacey Zimmerman
Assistant Clinical Director
As an Assistant Clinical Director (ACD) at Crossroads Collective one part of my role is to support our Clinical Director with the day-to-day operations of the clinic. This often includes answering emails, having one-one conversations, assessing situations while offering insight and perspective to possible solutions and being present and approachable in the clinic. My office door is always open, when I am not in client sessions, to answer questions and offer support to associates and admin staff in whatever ways they may need. A unique function of my role is to care for our counsellors and ensure that they have what they need to be able to offer the best therapeutic care to their clients. It is truly an honour to be able to function in this role and to support the Clinical Director with all that is needed. I continue to always learn and grow and desire to always remain teachable while becoming an effective counsellor and Assistant Clinical Director.
