Build strength, find peace
Eunbee Kang
Pilates Instructor
Hi! I first started Pilates in 2020 to support my sclerosis and quickly fell in love with how this kind of movement can rehabilitate the body, restoring strength and balance. Over the past few years, my journey has also led me into motherhood with my two girls, and now into teaching as a Pilates instructor.
Eunbee brings a gentle, encouraging approach to her classes, with a focus on mindful movement, rebuilding strength, and reconnecting with the body. She believes in meeting yourself where you are and creating space for growth, healing, and confidence. She’s looking forward to connecting with the lovely community here at Crossroads Collective.
Honoring roots, inspiring growth
Shyama-Priya Singh
Yoga Instructor
Yoga has been a transformative force throughout my life, guiding my healing, supporting my well-being, and continually bringing me back to myself.
Although I’ve practiced yoga for many years, I began my formal teacher training four years ago, inspired by both personal experience and cultural lineage. My late father, originally from Bihar, India, embodied yoga as part of his identity, and stepping into this path has been a meaningful way to honor my roots while sharing yoga as an inclusive, accessible practice for all.
Breathe. Move. Connect.
Vanessa Salomons
Yoga Instructor
Vanessa Salomons has spent more than 30 years exploring the connection between movement, healing, and human potential. With a background in Athletic Therapy, personal training, and wellness, she brings a deep understanding of the body to every class, blending knowledge, intuition, and a touch of playfulness along the way.
A graduate of the Naked Truth Yoga 200-Hour Teacher Training, Vanessa believes yoga is about so much more than poses. Her classes invite students to move with curiosity, breathe with intention, and embrace the meditative nature of movement. Drawing from both science and soul, she creates welcoming spaces where strength, softness, stillness, laughter, and self-discovery can coexist.
Known for her calm, grounded presence, Vanessa encourages students to slow down, listen inward, and find moments of mindfulness both on and off the mat. Her hope is that every student leaves class feeling a little lighter, a little stronger, and a little more connected to themselves.
