Yoga Classes Langley

At Crossroads Collective in Langley, we embrace a mindfulness-based approach to healing and personal growth and incorporate the rich traditions of yoga to help clients release, restore and connect to their authentic selves.

Creating the mind-body-spirit connection can not only create an internal safe space for healing but can help minimize the negative effects of anxiety and depressive symptoms that prevent growth and inspiration for change.

At our Langley baseed yoga studio, we offer a variety of different classes designed to help clients become more connected to their bodies through acceptance, compassion, and hope.

What Is Yoga?

A millennia-old discipline from India, Yoga is an amalgamation of physical poses, guided breathing, and mental focus to help achieve holistic well-being. By combining movement with relaxation techniques, the practice has stood the test of time and is increasingly becoming a preferred way to reach a state of tranquillity in our modern-day lives.

Who Is Yoga Beneficial For?

For those with certain health conditions, yoga is a useful tool to maintain well-being. Numerous studies have proven that it can aid in treating the symptoms of back pain, arthritis, depression, anxiety, neck and back stiffness, fibromyalgia, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), migraines, sleeplessness, menopausal symptoms, and body weight control.

Yoga Instructor

I have been practicing yoga since 2018. The sense of physical well-being, enhanced mental health, mindfulness living and connecting to ancient Indian Yogic cultures were reasons that made me immerse myself deeper into the world of yoga.

However, my life-turning moment came when I took the 200 hours Yoga Teachers’ Training (YTT) and started teaching right afterwards. Cultivating joy, self-awareness and letting go of what doesn’t serve you any good, have been my greatest mantras as a yoga instructor. For the past 1.5 years of my teaching journey, I have absolutely loved spreading a wave of positive energy, conscious and mindful living amongst my yogi students; and conversely get more inspired by their personal growth & journey towards enlightenment.
