As a MSc qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist from India, I bring together the ancient science of Ayurveda and a modern approach to nutrition to help you achieve optimal health and wellness. By integrating Ayurvedic principles into my practice, I provide a personalized approach to nutrition and lifestyle coaching that is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Whether you’re struggling with weight loss, hormonal imbalances, or gut issues, I can help you address these challenges through a comprehensive approach that includes:
- A thorough assessment of your dosha, or body type, to understand your unique physical and mental characteristics
- Personalized meal plans that incorporate Ayurvedic principles, including specific foods and spices that are appropriate for your dosha and health goals
- Lifestyle recommendations, such as daily routines and self-care practices, that support your overall health and wellbeing
- Herbal remedies and supplements, as appropriate, to support your body’s natural healing processes
In addition to my Ayurvedic approach, I also draw upon the latest research in nutrition and lifestyle medicine to provide evidence-based recommendations that are grounded in science.
Through six private coaching sessions conducted over Zoom, I will work with you to track your progress, provide guidance and support, and help you achieve your health goals.
So if you’re looking to achieve optimal health and wellbeing through a personalized, holistic approach that integrates Ayurveda and modern nutrition science, I invite you to book a consultation with me today. Let’s work together to transform your health and help you feel your best!

She believes that if you cannot follow a diet plan for life, that’s not the right one for you! It’s all about lifestyle changes. We all are craving for delicious cookies, chocolates, fries, burgers, chips once a while. Nothing needs to be avoided completely, but it is all about having it in moderation and maintaining a positive lifestyle in general. Enjoying delicious foods and having healthy food choices are not contradictory at all!

Nutrition manager (CSNM), Bachelor of hospitality Management & Red Seal Chef
Food and Nutrition have been my life’s work. I have spent my career perfecting the art of flavours and different cuisines. My passion is education and creating a safe and comfortable environment to demonstrate cooking and personalized nutrition that suites the client’s specific needs.
Nutritional journeys with food are one of the most personal adventures we can partake in and it is my pleasure to work with clients to meet and exceed their goals for overall wellness through educated diet and nutrition.
I have been a Chef for over 20 years. I have worked in every area of the culinary profession from running large 4 diamond Hotels as an Executive Chef to opening Casinos and educating at the collage level. I am most currently working in Retirement Living.
Living in the world of food has many advantages; however, it does come with long hours of stress and poor diet. I had no direction with my diet or control and subsequently, I gained a large amount of weight and my body and mind suffered greatly for many years. Over the past 2 years, I have changed my direction in the culinary profession and have adjusted my focus towards nutrition. I am a member of the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM) and hold the title of Nutrition Manager. I used this education to correct my own struggles with weight and have lost and maintained close to 100lbs of weight loss through REAL nutrition. I do not believe in fad diets or quick fixes. I support the process and celebrate the inner changes we have as we become healthier and more focused on the whole process of wellness.
I am currently in process for my Holistic Nutritionist Certification and I look forward to furthering my ability to help others attain their health and nutrition goals.
Nutrition is personal and the journey needs to be customized. The tools and support we gain along the way help us become a more confident person. I look forward to working with you.
